Join Us for Global Goals Week at Dubai Expo: Sport, Human Rights and Sustainable Development (20th – 22nd January)
Event Purpose. Aligned with the Expo theme Connecting Minds, Creating the Future, through sport, this event brings together diverse stakeholders to advance global developments in line with the SDGs and the underpinning human rights agenda. The event aims to present and advance progress, with intersectional inclusion of marginalised populations at the forefront of development.
Since 2015 all global policies in sport, physical education and physical activity have united in their mission to advance sustainable development goals and human rights. Increasingly regional, national, and organisational policies and strategies align with this mission. Sport, physical education and physical activity are well-positioned to offer solutions at the centre of human experience in the 21st century.
